Kaley is a wife, mother of three, and the steady heart behind Kaley & Co. She splits her time between refining personal goals, tending to life on the farm, and dreaming up meaningful celebrations. She recharges quietly, finds creative expression through fashion and entertaining, and believes beauty is most powerful when it feels lived-in and intentional. Alongside her husband Brian, she loves traveling the world and immersing their children in different cultures, experiences, and ways of life.
Kaley considers serving others a non-negotiable both at home and in her work. She brings an intuitive eye for trends, paired with the discipline to know which ones are fleeting and which will endure. While she’ll be the first to admit her singing voice leaves much to be desired, that never stops her from stepping up to any karaoke microphone. Above all, her goal is simple: to ensure her clients are still swooning over their wedding decades from now. No shoulder-padded bridesmaid dresses required!

Sharing the same servant-hearted foundation as Kaley, Brian has earned the affectionate title of “husband assistant” on many wedding weekends, not only supporting his clients but also stepping in wherever vendors or team members need him most.
As the logistical backbone of the brand, Brian elevates each celebration through detailed power mapping, particularly for tented and estate-style events, along with event space renderings and thoughtful execution that ensure every plan translates seamlessly into reality. He absorbs the all-consuming logistics of a wedding weekend with calm precision, all while somehow managing to do it in a tuxedo and make it look effortless. When not serving clients, Brian is devoted to his family.
